Return Process

Upload clear images of the product and its packaging to help our team verify the claim and expedite the approval process.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
Once approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the item at no additional cost to you.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
